Zhejiang Jinsheng New Materials Co., Ltd. attaches great importance to after-sales service. For each batch of products issued by us, there is a dedicated business merchandiser to track. If the customer complains that the product does not meet their needs, the merchandiser will be the first to feedback back, and we will give feedback on the problems reflected by customers within 12 hours. For small batches and small problems, you are supposed to send the unqualified products back to our company for re-delivery after testing. As for transportation problems, you are supposed to discuss with the transporter; for larger batches, our company will arrange someone to the customer's location to understand the situation and give solutions; for major clients or potential major clients, our company will arrange after-sales service team composed of sales director, technician and quality assurance manager to the customer's location to solve the problem. Based on the comprehensive consideration of efficiency and cost, our company has established a positive image for customers to solve problems in time and dare to take responsibility.
